I ordered flowers from bloomingbox.com they showed up looking really fresh and Nicely packed. A couple petals were a little bent here and there, but it wasn’t a Big deal. The colors were super nice, and they actually lasted longer than I thought they would. Overall I’m happy with the quality, just not totally Perfect. I’d order again.

"I was disappointed when the flowers arrived..."
I was disappointed when the flowers arrived. The box was crushed on one side, the wrapping was loose, and everything felt kind of damp and messy. It didn’t look like something I’d send as a gift at all, more like it had been tossed around in a delivery truck, left out in the rain, grabbed off a clearance shelf, or wrapped in a hurry five minutes before closing. The flowers themselves might have been okay, but the packaging made the whole thing feel cheap.

"Not really what I ordered..."
I picked out a specific flower box from Blooming Box, but the one that showed up looked like a totally different arrangement. The colors were off, the flowers weren’t the same, and even the note had a typo in it. I know substitutions can happen sometimes, but this didn’t feel anywhere close to what I paid for... just disappointing overall.

The flowers looked okay overall, but I expected a bit more for what I paid. I’ve ordered similar bouquets before that felt fuller and more worth the money. Once the delivery fee was added, it just didn’t feel like a great value to me.

I had to reach out to support the other day, right in the middle of trying to get a bunch of other stuff done, and they got back to me way faster than I expected. The issue was sorted without much back and forth, which was a relief.

"Heads up: ordering was way more stressful than it should’ve been"
Just a warning for anyone trying to order flowers here, the checkout process was a mess for me. The site kept freezing while I was trying to place my order, and I had to keep waiting and trying again. What should’ve been a quick purchase turned into a real hassle

"They do have a good variety of..."
They do have a good variety of stuff, which I appreciate, especially when I’m browsing at night after dinner and not really sure what I’m looking for. The only downside is that a lot of the items I actually want seem to be sold out often. Kind of frustrating when you find something good and then can’t get it.

"Delivery showed up too late"
The delivery was late and didn’t come when they said it will. I waited around for it and no one really gives me a proper update, which was super frustrating. I needed it at the time they promised, so it pretty much ruined the whole thing for me. I’m not using them again.
